We assist clients with vacation planning, cruise reservations, resort bookings, hotel accommodations, tour arrangements, travel insurance referrals, transportation reservations, and travel consultation services.

We do not own, operate, control, or manage airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, or tour operators.

3. Agency Relationship

Teichen Travel Company acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. Travel products and services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Your booking constitutes a separate agreement between you and the travel supplier. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, bankruptcy, negligence, or service failures of any supplier.

4. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination records, identification documents, and required travel authorizations.

Failure to possess proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation of travel, or additional expenses. Teichen Travel Company is not liable for any losses arising from insufficient documentation.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices, promotions, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on supplier updates and may change due to taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or government regulations.

Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed by the travel supplier and payment has been successfully processed. Errors in pricing may be corrected at any time.

6. Deposits and Payments

Certain travel services require deposits or full payment at the time of booking.

By authorizing payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder, your payment information is accurate, and you approve the transaction amount.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of reservations.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the travel supplier.

Depending on the supplier, cancellation fees may apply, change fees may apply, refunds may be limited or unavailable, and promotional rates may be non-refundable.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing supplier-specific policies before confirming reservations.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the travel supplier. Teichen Travel Company cannot guarantee refunds for cancelled trips, missed departures, unused services, or supplier policy restrictions.

Approved refunds may take several weeks or months to process depending on supplier procedures. Service fees charged by Teichen Travel Company may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Travel insurance may provide protection for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and supplier insolvency.

Failure to purchase travel insurance may expose travelers to significant financial loss.

10. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Travel suppliers are independent contractors. Teichen Travel Company is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cruise itinerary changes, hotel overbooking, service interruptions, weather events, natural disasters, political unrest, labor disputes, health emergencies, acts of terrorism, or force majeure events.

Any disputes regarding services must be addressed directly with the supplier.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teichen Travel Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, incidental damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to Teichen Travel Company for advisory services.

12. Assumption of Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including transportation delays, illness, injury, weather disruptions, political instability, health outbreaks, crime, and natural disasters.

By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

13. Health and Safety Requirements

Travelers are responsible for monitoring destination requirements, following government advisories, meeting vaccination requirements, and complying with local laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for denied entry resulting from failure to meet destination requirements.

14. Special Requests

Special requests such as dietary accommodations, accessibility accommodations, room preferences, seating requests, and special celebrations will be communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious software, or violate intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
