11. No-Show Policy

No refunds may be available if a traveler fails to appear for departure, misses a flight, misses a cruise embarkation, fails to check in, or voluntarily abandons travel arrangements.

No-show penalties are determined by the travel supplier.

12. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes may be subject to supplier change fees, fare differences, administrative charges, and rebooking costs.

Availability of changes is not guaranteed.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

Refunds resulting from circumstances beyond our control may be subject to supplier policies.

Examples include severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, airline disruptions, and acts of terrorism.

In such cases, suppliers may offer future travel credits, partial refunds, or rebooking options rather than cash refunds.

14. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may delay resolution and refund processing.

15. Travel Supplier Insolvency

Teichen Travel Company is not responsible for losses resulting from supplier bankruptcy, supplier insolvency, or supplier cessation of operations.

Travel insurance may provide protection in certain situations.
